“Hi Jamie, how’s this for my very first trade? I decided after talking with my Broker that I wanted to buy XXX to Rent, i.e., apply the strategy. I put $10k into my account and arranged a loan of $10k. At the time, around mid March, XXX was
trading at $4.83 so I was looking to buy 4,000, a total of $19,320. I decided however to buy them wholesale by Selling Insurance, i.e., 4 contracts of the $4.75 and for this I got 23c, a total of $827 net of brokerage. So if I’m exercised at the end of April I’ll effectively buy them at $4.52, minus brokerage. XXX is currently trading at $5.10 so with 3
weeks to go until expiry it’s looking like I won’t get exercised, so I’ll just keep the $827 and do it again next month. I didn’t even have to draw on my loan so I don’t have to pay any interest. Not too bad. Thanks heaps.”

“First of all I have to thank Jamie for teaching and sharing his strategies with me (and others out there). My only regret is not having learned these strategies earlier. It has changed my life dramatically and it definitely looks like I am well

I won’t go into specific transactions I have made in the last 2 months, but suffice to say, that by applying the renting strategy I have now cleared $3,500 per month. Would have
been more this month but I used some of my premiums to insure myself against a fall. Otherwise my income would have been $4,100 per month (double my current salary). If I am exercised, I will be happy to own the shares anyway, which I believe is an important factor when in the strategy. You must be willing to buy at the price you sold - and it saves a lot of
angst and worries later on.
All the above was achieved with an initial $80k of my own money and $80k from a loan but... remembering that I haven’t yet had touse the loan, I therefore haven’t had to pay any interest! Also all the extra ‘income’ I have accumulated and will continue to receive, is being saved towards the following month/s, to allow me to generate even more cashflow. I have also shown my mum (who was initially sceptical of the market and didn’t believe that
it could be done with such well managed risk) that it was possible!
The upside of all this is that I will be receiving $500k from her in the next 2-3 months to invest towards my future as a show of her faith in me and in Jamie’s strategies! I can’t wait to see the returns with that added to my already fast
growing capital! I guess she wanted to know that she could trust me with my ‘inheritance’ in a manner of speaking.
Also friends are now wanting to board the bandwagon and are constantly seeking advice. I’ve provided them with Jamie’s Intro DVD and it looks like they will be joining up soon and well on their way to financial freedom as well. What can I say to finish except. THANK YOU

Firstly, I would like to thank Jamie for his contribution in the education industry. Jamie has been telling me for years that I have money issues. I never agreed with him, until now. I was always frightened of money, or at least never really had enough of it to understand it.
A little of my background: A country boy who left his home town at 23 to join an ashram and
live a life of poverty as a monk. In The Sydney Morning Herald on Monday June 2nd, 2003, I was featured in the finance section with the headline “Life with plenty of nothing has its own rewards.” 2 years later, circumstances changed, I got married and began to contemplate how to maintain my household life.
I approached Jamie for his DVD’s and book, and didn’t read or watch them for some time. As the pressure of living “in the world” grew larger I decided to study his homestudy program.I took one strategy and with much hesitation, and doubt and fear and laziness eventually got to apply it. I remember reading one testimony where a man said, “I didn’t believe it was possible to make such money until it started showing up in my bank account.”Today after, only three weeks in the market I yielded a nett profit of 22%. Hi everyone, I bought the homestudy in August of this year so I thought I would share my successes so far. Firstly one of my biggest successes has been realising my mistakes (or learning experiences) of the past. I now have a very solid emotional and financial intelligence, which was lacking in my life before.
I currently work two jobs, and managed to gross a very modest $35,000 this fiancial year. Through some negotiating I now earn about $55,000 from the same two jobs, basically by proving to both my bosses I am worth more money.
My most recent success involves a property venture I am about to start. My parents own a block of land that they have been trying to sell for the past year with no luck. I offered them a different scenario. We are now going partners in building two townhouses on the block.
I have already had a meeting with my local bank manager and it looks like they are prepared to finance the venture 100%. No deposit, no mortgage insurance, and the only stamp duty I will have to pay is for half the block of land, which is pretty much nothing. On completion both of us will make $100,000 profit. I will then be using that equity to start my share trading strategies. ( Bill SA how would you like a night in beautiful Port Macquarie ).
I have some major plans for next year which involve using my expertise in music and singing to launch my own range of products and educational programs which I am currently developing. The future is looking great and I owe a great deal of thanks to Jamie for igniting this fire in me.
I am setting my goals ultra high as I plan to replace my income by this time next year, then be
